Imagine yourself existing within an ego.

Feel the desire of your essence seeking expression, finding its way to be in the world. Imagine within you the seed breaking open and the plant reaching to find contact with the soil around you. Sit in the expansion of who you are becoming today without needing it to come into full expression. How does it feel to expand?

Over the next several days, we are going to imagine the journey of the plant from seed to the surface. This is not a clear journey. There is no light to guide us. Only the call of the sun or moisture or the sense of air speaking to somewhere deep within your being. What calls your being forward?

Feel yourself as the plant today driving forward. Don't rush the process. Don’t seek the surface today. Feel the force driving you. What new freedom do you feel awaits you when you break free of the soil? What waits for you beyond your cave?
