As you move into honing your ability to move from Fight-or-Flight consciousness into Rest-and-Digest consciousness, there are two methods available. You can print copies of the Phase One Practice Journal below or you can make daily entries on the digital journal. With either method, I recommend doing the practice a minimum of 14 – 20 times. If you decide to do the practice more than once a day, I recommend you plan to practice a minimum of two weeks, at least.
Please note: if you choose to do physical journals, when you are complete with your physical journal and ready to continue, be sure to check “Finish Questions for Contemplation” for the exercise below. You do not need to make any entries to mark them complete.
