Again, I recommend doing this practice at least once a day for the next two weeks. If you’ve tried the practice a few times and it hasn’t changed anything, it’s not a failing of you or the program. It just means that isn’t the right practice for you. Try something else. Try several things, until you find the one that makes you feel better most of the time. Find three or four practices you can depend on. When you have those, you are ready to move on to the next session.
