To begin your next practice, you will need to print the FREE Phase Three Practices Journal pages from our store or order the book from Amazon.
Once you have your pages, you will be reviewing your Phase One, Two and Three exercise answers. You can find these by going to your Course Dashboard and clicking the down arrow next to the class name. If you registered, all of your course answers are stored there. (If you didn’t register, don’t worry. You can still continue with the Journal and add information as you go.)
Transfer any notes of any personal experiences you have of each state of consciousness in the State of Consciousness Charts. For example; the High Suffering Chart might include words like Pain, Failure, and Doubt, but you might experience: Fatigue or Moodiness. I’ve left a column to the right of my lists, for you to add some of your own. Remember to do this for all three charts.
Next, you’ll add your preferred exercises to the Exercise Logs. You can choose from the suggestions I offered in the ‘Phase One, Two and Three exercise options’ sections and add any you’ve discovered on your own.
Having everything in one place will help you to sustain a clear, concise practice. When you aren’t in the mood to do one practice, another on the list will be readily available. Again, please remember to do this for all three Exercise Logs.
Please don’t worry about making a mess of your charts. As your practices become easier, you’ll move practices from one list to another or you’ll find new options and want to cross out those that no longer work. Many practices that begin in Phase Two will organically move to Phase One. Continuing to stimulate the brain requires flexibility. So, be willing to keep your logs organic. New journals are always available. Just remember, any time you being a new journal, pause and decide what you will keep.
Keep notes below as you prepare your logs. When all of your notes are in your journal, you can continue.

If you find exercises that work in the right way and continue to monitor your success, you should continue to feel improvement, with each day of your life being better than the last. This is not about just feeling better. It is about building a habit that continually improves your brain function. If you move forward thinking of spending just twenty minutes a day as a lifestyle choice, you’ll be amazed by where it can take you.
I still do my practices every day and my brain function continues to improve with each step. I am healthier than I’ve ever been in my life, happier than I could have ever imagined, and inspired to discover just how far I can go. This is just the beginning.
As you become adept at controlling your neurotransmitters, be sure to continue to challenge your brain with the more advanced phases of our program.
