The first two phases of our program are offered free of charge. We are only requesting the commitment of your time—20 minutes a day. Is this something you feel you can give to the program? If you could finally have the life of your dreams, would this be worth your commitment?

For the best results, I recommend doing practices at the end of the day, right before you go to sleep. This won’t work for everyone, but it is good to understand that what you do right before you go to sleep has the most impact on the brain. If you can’t do your 20 minutes at night, try first thing in the morning.

If you are suffering a severe condition, doing practices three times a day will accelerate your improvement. What time of day is best for you? Are you willing to schedule the time as a 20-minute appointment or reminder on your calendar now? Some people aren’t ready to fully commit right away and that’s okay. Just ask yourself about your willingness and pay attention to the way your brain responds. Make notes of both your desires and any resistance you feel.

What is your ‘why?’ People begin this process for a variety of reasons. It could be you are experiencing a deep state of suffering or maybe you are ready to take that next, big step in your life. For each of us, it is different, but it is important to define. What brings you to this course? What are you hoping to gain? If you picked the one thing in your life you didn’t believe you could change, what would it be?
