Take a break today. You’ve spent a lot of time and energy observing your current eco-system. Let the mind rest, so anything you might have missed will have a chance to rise to the surface. Keep your journal with you, so you can take notes throughout the day, but try not to examine anything in particular. Just let the thoughts that want to rise, rise and take notes of those you find important.
